After-sales service workflow and management system
I. Purpose of after-sales service management: To standardize after-sales service work, to meet customer needs, to ensure that customers can use our products to maximize their benefits, improve customer satisfaction and trust in products, and increase market share of products Develop the after-sales service management system and work flow.
Second, after-sales service content: 1. According to the customer's contract and the requirements of the drawings, the products during the quality agreement period, because of the production process or our company because of cooperation with the supplier caused our products to be repaired or scrapped. 2. For products out of the quality agreement period, due to our company's scrap or repair, we must arrange for repair or replenishment as soon as possible, and deal with the product at the best price for the customer.
Third, after-sales service standards and requirements
1. After-sales service personnel must establish the concept that customer satisfaction is the standard for testing after-sales service, and actively, enthusiastically and patiently answer various questions raised by customers in the service, and explain the precautions for using the product. When customers cannot answer questions, they should patiently explain and return to the company's after-sales service headquarters to assist in solving.
2. After-sale personnel should be civilized, decent, courteous, and actively establish a good relationship with customers.
